We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Mutual Funds to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales, acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and providing suitable investment solutions based on customers financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through various sales channels and convert them into customers.
- Promote and sell mutual fund products to both new and existing clients.
- Understand clients financial objectives and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, mutual fund products, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce,
or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or BFSI Sales.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
