Role Description The Sales Associate role at Aglowmed Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur.

The Sales

Associate will be responsible for visiting healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and build strong customer relationships. Daily activities include executing sales plans, following up on leads, providing product information, and ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination. The role also involves maintaining records of sales activities, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and reporting performance to the sales leadership team.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, address customer queries, and achieve assigned sales targets in the Kanpur territory.

Qualifications Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Solid relationship-building skills to engage with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and accurately.

Solid organizational and time management skills to plan daily visits, manage territories, and maintain detailed records.

Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations; prior pharma sales experience is an advantage.

Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, and mobile apps) for reporting and tracking activities.

Ability to work independently, travel locally within Kanpur, and adapt to changing business needs.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business is preferred.
