Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products, developing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell agricultural products such as fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, bio-products, farm equipment, or crop nutrition solutions

- Generate new business through field visits, dealer networks, and farmer interactions

- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and farmers

- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product usage and benefits

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for timely product availability

- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain customer records

- Prepare sales reports, territory updates, and MIS

Skills Required:

- Strong sales and business development skills





- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

- Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices

- Territory management and customer engagement skills

- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) or any Graduate with relevant sales experience

- 1–5 years of experience in agri-inputs, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, FMCG, or field sales

- Freshers with an Agriculture background may also apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in agri-input companies, agri-tech firms, fertilizer manufacturers, seed companies, pesticide businesses, or agricultural equipment sales

- Existing network with distributors, retailers, dealers, FPOs, or farmers will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
