Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Proactively contact incoming warm leads, pitch real estate properties, and schedule site visits / sales presentations.
- Client Consultation: Understand prospective clients' needs, budgets, and property preferences to present suitable residential/commercial options.
- Sales Support & Pipeline Management: Assist senior sales executives in managing client relationships, conducting site tours, and closing deals.
- CRM Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain potential buyer interactions, meeting statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current property offerings, pricing, ongoing projects in NCR,



and competitor trends.
- Post-Sales Assistance: Coordinate basic documentation and coordinate client handovers alongside the core sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales Orientation: Driven by targets, persuasive, energetic, and highly focused on closing deals and earning commissions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM tools.
- Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, confident phone etiquette, and a professional appearance.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or tele-sales is a big plus.
