Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will manage customer interactions, build relationships with clients, and drive in-store and B2B sales for Janavi India’s product lines. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, presenting collections to customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.





The role also involves coordinating promotional activities, supporting brand visibility, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets. The specialist will assist in training front-line staff on product features, brand storytelling, and sales best practices.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and deliver a luxury brand experience.

Proven Sales experience, including relationship building, closing deals, and working toward sales targets.

Background in Training and Sales Management to guide teams, share product knowledge, and support performance improvement.

Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Comfort with basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office or similar applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
