We're looking for Sales & Marketing Counselors who are:

What You'll Do
- Meet & counsel Class 11-12 students & parents interested in JEE/NEET prep
- Convert prospects into admitted students (that's your win)
- Build relationships in your assigned center's locality
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM
- Own your growth — no caps on earnings

Who Should Apply?

Ideal Candidate:

- 0-3 years in sales, admissions, or counseling (freshers welcome if motivated)
- Prior coaching institute/education sector experience is a PLUS

- Comfortable speaking Kannada, or Hindi (plus English)
- Own a two-wheeler or reliable transport
- Target-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with JEE/NEET entrance exams

- Network in Bangalore education circles
- CRM/spreadsheet skills (we'll train you)
