Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote Aerovania’s aerospace solutions to prospective and existing partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking sales performance metrics.

The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to understand product features, delivering product training and demonstrations to clients,



and providing high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle. The specialist will contribute to strategic sales planning and support brand-building activities such as events, digital outreach, and industry networking.

Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline.

Experience in Training, including conducting product demonstrations and client onboarding sessions.

Background in marketing or business development within technology or aerospace sectors is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tracking tools.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, research-driven environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and willingness to learn about complex technical products.
