Job Brief A Surety Bonds Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies for Insurance surety bond products. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building client relationships. They also analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales and marketing strategies. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Insurance surety bond products and services, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event planning.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for Insurance surety bonds.
- Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, developers,



and other businesses that require surety bonds.
- Compliance:

Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient processing of surety bond transactions. Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably for Banking industry products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of surety bond products.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
