Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

- Handle customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales closures.

- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.

- Oversee customer documentation, agreements, registrations, home loan coordination, and collections.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide regular project updates and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of all sales and marketing activities, including site branding, hoardings, promotional events, campaigns, stalls, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities as per company standards.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, collections, marketing activities, and MIS reports.

- Ensure smooth branch operations and act as the primary point of contact in the absence of senior management.

- Performance Incentives:



Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided based on achievement of individual and team sales targets, as per the company's incentive policy.

- Transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driving licence and own a two-wheeler for customer visits, site visits, and official work.

- Working Schedule: This position requires working on Sundays, as it is a key business day. Weekly offs will be provided on a rotational basis as per the company schedule.

Desired Profile

- 8–12+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in apartments.

- Robust leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Good knowledge of documentation, registrations, collections, and home loan processes.

- Ability to independently handle customers and drive sales performance.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

- Fluent in Tamil and English (Malayalam is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
