As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team, gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, client acquisition, and business development, and contribute to the growth of an emerging agency.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads for potential brand collaborations.

Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities.

Reach out to brands via LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other channels.

Schedule discovery calls and assist in client meetings.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

Prepare customized pitches and proposals for brands.

Support business development and sales initiatives.

Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to understand client requirements.

Maintain and update CRM and lead databases.





Track outreach performance and prepare weekly reports.

Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, marketing, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

Confident in cold outreach and relationship building.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
