RidhzWorld Publishing is a Pune-based international publishing house dedicated to empowering young storytellers and first-time authors. Founded by child author and youth podcaster Ridhhaan Jaiin, we provide end-to-end publishing solutions from manuscript development to global distribution across books, ebooks, and audiobooks. With a strong focus on children’s literature and youth-led projects, we run the global Once Upon In Our Minds story writing competition and partner with schools, NGOs, and education brands to deliver workshops, contests, and storytelling campaigns that spotlight student talent.

Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects while supporting outreach to schools, families, and partner organizations.

Your responsibilities will include

Assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales communication

Supporting marketing campaigns for book launches, competitions, and workshops

Coordinating social media and email outreach

Maintaining contact databases and providing professional customer service

Helping organize events and workshops, including materials preparation and feedback collection





This is a part time hybrid role based in Pune, with a mix of on-site activities and remote tasks. What You’ll Gain

Strong communication and customer service skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
