Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Srinagar for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and supporting the development of targeted campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, presenting services to potential clients, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.





The Sales and Marketing Executive will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Candidates should possess skills in Sales to build pipelines, convert leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Relevant experience in software or IT services sales and marketing is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Srinagar and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and digital marketing channels is an advantage.
