Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Generic Pharma Sales, Pharma Distribution, or Pharmaceutical Marketing.

Key Requirements

- Robust knowledge of Hyderabad & Telangana pharma markets.

- Experience in appointing and managing stockists/distributors.

- Ability to develop new business and expand market coverage.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

- Experience in promoting products to retailers, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and channel partners.

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad & Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

- Appoint new stockists/distributors and strengthen the existing network.

- Generate primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets.

- Visit retailers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and doctors to promote company products.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer relationships.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain outstanding accounts.

- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback.

- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
