Role Description The Sales and Marketing Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and presenting technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.

The individual will prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations, while coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and timely support. Daily responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, participation in trade events or client visits, and regular reporting of sales activities and performance metrics. The role also requires collaboration with marketing colleagues to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content that strengthen brand visibility and support revenue growth.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical aptitude in engineering or related fields, with the ability to understand and explain product specifications and applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales and client relationship management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess skills in marketing and market analysis, such as developing basic marketing plans, conducting market research, and supporting promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including data tracking, basic reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant experience in industrial or B2B sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel to client locations as required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
