We are not just a platform. We are building the pipes through which Bharat will transact.
The Role
We're looking for a Market Research Analyst who can help us understand the markets we operate in. Most of our markets don't have clean data sitting around, you'll be building a lot of it yourself. We need someone who has actually spent time in Tier 3 or Tier 4 India, knows how people think about money and services in these towns, and can translate that into something the team can act on.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Research
Figure out what our customers and partners are actually willing to pay and where our current pricing is off Watch what's happening in the market and flag anything that should change how we price
Give the team a basis for pricing decisions beyond gut feel
1. Product & Market Research
Understand how people in different towns experience our services what works, what doesn't. Spot the gaps between what we're offering and what the market wants Keep the team grounded in what's real, not just what looks good in a deck
1. Sales & Growth Research
Look into what's converting and what's falling flat Find demand patterns across geographies worth paying attention to Give the sales team research they can use, not just read
1. Supply Research
Get a clear picture of how our driver and delivery partners are doing economically Track what other platforms are offering on the supply side Help us understand where supply is thin and why
Eligibility Criteria
1-2 years in market research, business research, or similar work Familiar with Tier 3, or Tier 4 markets
Hindi fluency (mandatory)
Solid in Excel
Solid documentation and reporting skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently and make calls without waiting for complete data
