Responsibilities

- Possess an Engineering degree, preferably B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil
- Desirable: Excellent communication skills and knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL, process safety, and logistics safety
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Specialization or diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HR disciplines, especially in Learning & Development
- Demonstrated initiatives in employee engagement and content writing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and externally
- Ability to build trust, ensure confidentiality, and maintain a balance of firmness and diplomacy
- Robust organizational skills with a hands-on, practical approach
- Capable of working independently, handling pressure, and managing multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- Proactive change agent who brings creative and effective solutions
