Main Purpose of the Job:-

The Reference Data Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing O2C reference data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across endtoend O2C processes. The role enables smooth transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence by ensuring highquality master and reference data across systems.

This role is a critical enabler across all O2C processes, with touchpoints to Order Fulfilment, Pricing, Billing, Credit, Claims, Demand Capture, and Logistics."

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Create,



maintain, and update O2C reference data in line with approved governance rules
2. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across O2C systems
3. Execute reference data changes related to customers, pricing, materials, logistics, and service parameters
4. Support endtoend O2C process stability by ensuring correct master/reference data setup
5. Act as a key operational contact for datarelated issues and corrections
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and documentation standards
7. Support transitions, stabilizations, and process improvements related to Reference Data.

Key Experience/ Education/Skillset
1. Graduate (Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent)
2. 25 years experience in O2C, Reference Data, or Master Data Management
3. Handson exposure to O2C master/reference data domains
4. Experience working in a shared services or operations workplace
5. ERP / data maintenance tools (SAP or equivalent)
6. Data validation and reconciliation skills
7. Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
