Key Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement analysis by engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs related to Identity and Access Management
- Gather, refine, and validate requirements through discussions, workshops, and interviews with clients and internal teams
- Document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with IAM solution capabilities
- Prepare and document IAM business processes, workflows, and use cases such as provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, authentication flows, and role management
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and accurately translated into system configurations or solution design
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, access governance, identity lifecycle management, and directory services
- Maintain effective and qualified client communication, ensuring regular updates, requirement clarifications, and expectation management
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
