Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and understand existing business processes in the IAM domain and how underlying technologies support these processes
- Perform detailed analysis on large, complex data sets and represent findings using graphs, pivot tables, and other visualization tools
- Prepare detailed Requirement Documents, indicating explicit functional and non-functional requirements and priorities
- Create process maps ('As Is' & 'To Be') and document IAM business processes
- Develop use case documentation and training materials for IAM/IIQ systems
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to define high-level and detailed business/functional requirements
- Facilitate discussions across all levels and functional areas of the organization
- Prepare gap and impact analysis documentation




- Provide guidance to development teams regarding functional requirements and ensure delivered functionality meets business objectives
- Coordinate with users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Act as a liaison between the customer and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
- Collect requirements related to user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
- Understand and implement access governance features of IAM tools, including access recertification, approval workflows, role management, and segregation of duties (SOD) policies
- Understand audit and compliance reporting requirements and ensure solutions support these needs
- Provide effective communication and training to business stakeholders
