Oushadhi Natural* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and expand the market for our Ayurvedic OTC products in Gorakhpur and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Pharma, Ayurvedic, OTC, Healthcare, or FMCG sales and should have a good understanding of the local chemist, pharmacy, distributor, and retail network.

The role will primarily involve regular market visits, generating orders, developing new retailers, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit chemists, pharmacies, medical stores, and retail outlets regularly.

- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop new retailers, dealers, distributors, and other sales partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Increase the availability and visibility of Oushadhi Natural products in the assigned market.
- Introduce and explain products, schemes, offers, and perks to retailers.




- Follow up with retailers and distributors for repeat orders.
- Identify new market opportunities in Gorakhpur and surrounding areas.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Maintain daily market visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding orders, stock requirements, retailer feedback, and market developments.

Education:* Graduate preferred

Experience: 2–5+ years relevant sales experience

Location: Gorakhpur or nearby areas preferred

Age: 25–40 years preferred

Gender: Male / Female

Compensation

* Salary: ₹15,000+ per month, depending on experience and existing market network
