Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations (ISO 14001, local legal requirements,).
- Implement and maintain safety programs as per ISO 45001
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions.
- Conduct safety drills, including fire and emergency response training.
- Conduct safety training for employees, workers and contractors.
- Develop awareness programs on PPE usage, emergency procedures, and hazard controls.
- Maintain EHS documentation, including reports, permits, and incident records.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps in EHS practices.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response systems.
- Monitor and enforce PPE usage across all departments.
- Work closely with management, HR, and operations to enhance EHS performance.
