Safety Installation and Tube Bending Training This training course provides essential skills for tube fitting installation and bending through expert instruction and hands-on practice. Participants will learn to select, prepare, and assemble fittings with precision and efficiency. Key topics include installation best practices, tube bending techniques, and proper tube cutting and handling. This course also covers essential tools such as tube cutters, deburring tools, and gap inspection gauges.
Course Content Installation The correct selection and use of different fitting configurations,
selecting the appropriate tube and fitting material, determining system pressure/temperature requirements and identifying different pipe threads.
Tube Bending Instructor-led training on the accurate calculation, measurement, marking and bending of tubing. Practical session on the correct use of bending equipment and profile bending eliminating any off-cut loss of material.
Tube Cutting The proper handling and preparation of tubing for installation.
