We are looking for an experienced Safety Engineer to manage health, safety and environmental activities for a high-rise building project in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare HIRA, JSA, work permits and safety checklists.
- Monitor work-at-height, lifting, scaffolding, electrical and excavation activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and training programmes.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and secure working practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain safety records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients and project teams.
- Ensure emergency preparedness,



fire safety and first-aid arrangements.
- Stop unsafe work and ensure timely closure of safety observations.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech with ADIS qualification.
- 8-10 years of safety experience in building construction projects.
- Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety, statutory compliance and permit systems.
- Good communication, reporting and team-coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety documentation.
