Bachelor's Degree in Engineer (Chemical, Electrical, Environment, Safety or Mechanical) with NEBOSH/ IOSH/ Certified Diploma in Health / Setting / Safety / ASP.

EXPERTISE
5 years' experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field, which includes minimum two (2) years' experience in Oil and Gas Industries.. Must have attended one or more HSE courses (s) in any category of training in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, etc
Maintains list of safety equipment in his/her charge. Prepares accident, incident, near miss and investigation Reports and submits to the Company's Representative. Check on periodic basis all equipment's and tools specified in the Contract and ensure they are in safe working condition. Ensures personnel's adherence to safe working.
Conducts
Training on Safety to the Contractor personnel. Assist the Contractor personnel in obtaining work permit (Hot & Cold, Vessel Entry, Vehicle Entry, Electrical and Excavation etc.). Should be familiar with Fire and other emergency situation and evacuation procedures. Possess analytical abilities strongest in diagnostic, eliminative and historical in that order.
