Role Description

Arduino Trainer (Offline) – Pune

Quantum Root is looking for a passionate Arduino Trainer to conduct offline, hands-on training for school and college students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Arduino programming, electronics, sensors, actuators, and beginner robotics through practical projects and STEM activities.

The role involves planning and delivering engaging classroom sessions, guiding students in building real-world Arduino-based projects, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and creating a fun, interactive learning environment. The trainer will also help maintain lab equipment, prepare learning materials, and collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve the training program.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Arduino (Uno, Nano, ESP32 is a plus) .
- Positive understanding of electronics , including sensors, actuators, motors, LEDs, relays,



and breadboard prototyping.
- Experience with Arduino IDE , C/C++ programming, and embedded systems basics.
- Ability to teach students through practical, project-based learning.
- Knowledge of robotics concepts and STEM education is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and programming issues.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for inspiring young learners and making technology fun and accessible.
