Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robotics Instructor role based in Ranchi.
The Robotics
Instructor will design and deliver robotics and STEM-focused lessons for students across different age groups, using hands-on activities, demonstrations, and projects. Daily tasks include preparing instructional materials, setting up and maintaining robotics kits and equipment, guiding learners through programming exercises, and assessing student progress. The role also involves training learners on safe and effective use of robotics tools, collaborating with other instructors to improve curriculum, and providing clear communication to students, guardians,
and school staff about learning goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and STEM to design and teach practical, concept-based lessons.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex topics clearly and support diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to educational robotics platforms and basic coding concepts.
- Candidates should possess classroom management abilities, including organizing group activities and maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Candidates should possess a relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess experience or solid interest in teaching children or young adults, preferably in STEM or robotics education.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and adjust lessons to different learning levels.
