- Help learners understand Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, intelligent automation concepts, and the end-to-end automation lifecycle.
- Guide learners in understanding business process analysis, process identification, feasibility assessment, and automation opportunities across various business functions.
- Support learners in understanding and applying the RPA development lifecycle, including process discovery, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor teams on automation design principles, reusable components, exception handling, logging mechanisms, and framework development using industry-standard RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Guide learners in understanding workflow orchestration, queues, triggers, attended and unattended bots, and automation scheduling concepts.
- Support learners in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions by integrating applications, APIs, databases, web applications, Excel, emails, PDFs, and enterprise systems.
- Help learners understand process mapping techniques, business rules, decision logic, variables, selectors, data manipulation, and workflow optimization.
- Mentor learners in developing reusable automation components and implementing best practices for scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.
- Introduce learners to bot monitoring, logging, exception management, performance tracking, and operational support practices.
- Reinforce automation governance, security, credential management, access controls, compliance, and secure bot deployment practices.
- Help learners understand debugging techniques, troubleshooting, exception handling, root-cause analysis, and bot optimization strategies within RPA environments.
- Guide teams in applying scalability, maintainability, governance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization best practices while designing automation solutions.
- Enable learners to make and justify automation design decisions using business requirements, technical documentation, industry standards, and real-world automation use cases.
- Coach teams to develop a conceptual end-to-end RPA solution covering process analysis, solution design, bot development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support using the provided tools, datasets, and business scenarios.
- Lead, mentor, and anchor learner project teams throughout all sprints and deliverables.
- Introduce learners to the problem statement, Agile/Scrum methodology, RPA development lifecycle, and project tools such as Taiga/Play Portal.
- Create official communication channels, establish ground rules, and maintain professional learner engagement.
- Assign weekly tasks, conduct weekly team meetings, track attendance, and monitor learner and team progress.
- Review learner submissions, provide structured technical and developmental feedback, and prepare teams for PO presentations and assessments.
- Conduct sprint retrospectives, document key observations, update sprint reports, and escalate learner or project issues where required.
- Maintain professional communication boundaries and uphold Emp.life conduct and engagement standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and relevant technical SMEs to ensure learners receive appropriate guidance throughout the project.
- Support the identification of learner challenges and provide appropriate coaching, guidance, and escalation where required.
- Train and mentor current PMs/POs on project facilitation, learner engagement, and relevant RPA project processes as needed.
