Role Description Job Title Relationship Manager - ECG Business Unit Emerging Corporate Group (ECG) Reporting To Unit Head / Team Lead Job Function and Role Type Sales, Individual Contributor, Moderate Travel Version No 2.0 Job Purpose Build and manage relationships with current and existing clients to ensure income generation through the sale of appropriate asset and liability products.

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for ECG customers; Conduct monthly reviews with product groups and supervisors to enhance product penetration; Monitor account performance and manage portfolio reviews, including exits, line reductions, and recovery; Track performance against budgets and update CRM systems with client call details.

Increased Product Penetration

Identify wallet share opportunities for existing and potential NTB customers; Develop strategies for product penetration and cross-sell all bank products. Operations & Processes Ensure adherence to management guidance and regulatory compliance,



including KYC/AML tracking; Complete pre- and post-disbursement documentation and manage deferrals; Conduct timely credit appraisals and recommend credit limits.

Client

Management & Servicing Engage in structured client calls with existing and prospective clients; Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure client satisfaction; Address customer pain points and collaborate with support functions to improve processes; Interact with promoters and senior management to strengthen client relationships.

Intra Bank

Coordination & Communication Collaborate with team members and support their initiatives; Coordinate with various bank departments to gain insights and drive cross-sell opportunities.

Education Graduation required; MBA or CA preferred.

Certifications MBA, CA.

Key Competencies
