Job Summary: The Client & Market Insights – Solution Enablement Specialist / Team Lead will support Accenture sales, solutioning, and leadership teams by delivering insight-led recommendations across clients, industries, competitors, markets, technology trends, and buyer priorities. The role will convert internal, external, and third-party research into actionable insights that help pursuit teams shape value propositions, strengthen client conversations, support offering development, and connect market signals with client needs and Accenture capabilities Responsibilities: Deliver client, market, competitor, industry, technology, and third-party advisory insights using Accenture internal platforms, credible external sources, and publicly available research Support pursuit, sales, and solutioning teams by translating research into recommendations, opportunity themes, buyer insights, and value-led narratives Contribute to offering, asset, and toolkit development by identifying market trends, client pain points, competitor movements, and industry demand signals Build executive-ready outputs such as insight packs, POVs, client conversation starters, market scans, competitor briefs, and presentation-ready recommendations Support business value case development by gathering benchmarks, industry metrics, maturity indicators, and evidence points Maintain internal insight repositories, dashboards, and reusable assets to improve accessibility of insights for sales and solutioning teams Work with solution architects, SMEs, and pursuit teams to refine insights based on client context, industry maturity, and Accenture experience Support automation, analytics, and GenAI-led improvements to make research, synthesis, and insight delivery more efficient Guide junior team members or analysts where required, ensuring quality, consistency, and business relevance Professional & Technical Skills:



5–8 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, solution support, strategy research, consulting support, or related roles Strong ability to analyze organizations, industries, business models, market trends, competitor positioning, and technology-led transformation themes Experience in data-driven analysis, insight synthesis, storytelling, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and structured business narratives Working knowledge of analytics, automation, and GenAI-enabled tools such as Power BI, Python, R, advanced Excel, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms will be an advantage Understanding of at least one enterprise technology or transformation area such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, cloud, data and AI, automation, modernization, or digital transformation Familiarity with advisory and analyst platforms such as Gartner, Forrester, ISG, IDC, Everest Group, HFS, or similar sources will be an advantage Ability to convert large volumes of structured and unstructured information into clear, concise, and decision-oriented outputs Exposure to proposal support, value case development, account planning, industry research, or sales strategy support will be preferred Strong communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and solutioning environment Good to have skills: Market and competitive intelligence, business research, sales enablement, proposal support, value case development, analytics, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise technology exposure Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience is required Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent from a reputable school / program is highly desirable
