Key Responsibilities
- Take in-room dining orders over the telephone in a clear and professional manner
- Suggest menu items and promote upselling opportunities
- Accurately record and process guest orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery
- Handle guest queries and requests courteously
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th pass (mandatory)
- Diploma/Certification in Hospitality preferred
- Willing to pursue graduation
- Age: 1822 years
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred
