Role Description The Revit Design Architect will work full time on-site in Madurai South, contributing to architectural design and documentation for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing Revit models, preparing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating design intent with project stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design compliance with relevant codes and standards, and managing revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Design and Architecture, with experience translating concepts into detailed plans.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Design Management, including coordinating project deliverables and aligning design work with schedules and budgets.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Construction Drawings, including creating accurate, buildable documentation and details in Revit.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Architecture or a related field, and hands-on experience with Revit and other design tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
