Role Description This is a full-time Revenue Manager role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in office work and work-from-home flexibility.

- Own day-to-day rate and inventory management across OTA channels - MakeMytrip, Booking.com, Airbnb etc. - and direct booking enginesDay-to-day responsibilities include monitoring demand and market trends, analyzing booking patterns, and adjusting rate plans and restrictions across online and offline channels.




- Manage quality of content across all visibility points for the properties being managed.
- Monitor competition trends, seasonality and promotion dynamics to manage OTA channels.
- Forecasting occupancy and revenue by property and managing dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Report and track revenue of properties under management

Qualifications

- Hands on experience operating OTA extranets with in-depth understanding of promotions, sponsored programs
- Revenue management expertise, including pricing strategies
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or related services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and revenue/booking platforms; comfort working with data and dashboards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and partner teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
