We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of Salesforce and Finance someone who can own the CRM backend (profiles, permissions, pipeline, reporting) while helping us keep revenue data clean and reconciled with billing. If you've handled Salesforce administration and have a finance/accounting foundation to build on, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do: manage Salesforce CRM backend operations (user setup, profiles, permissions, reports & dashboards); support opportunity and pipeline data hygiene; help reconcile CRM data against billing and revenue records; work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Consulting Ops teams.

What we're looking for: 2-5 years of experience; hands-on Salesforce CRM backend/admin exposure (non-negotiable); a finance or accounting foundation degree or practical exposure is enough, we'll train the rest; robust Excel skills; comfort working with AI tools as part of your workflow.

Location: Remote (India), with a Gurugram/Chennai/Pune office available for those who want it.
