Job Title: E-Commerce Finishing Artist / 3D Render Compositor / Retouching Artist Department: Digital Content Production Type: Full-time

Role Summary We're looking for a Finishing Artist who can turn multipass 3D renders of watches into polished, launch-ready PDP images, while also being equally skilled at retouching real photographed model shoot images. You'll bridge raw render/photo output and pixel-perfect final imagery,enhancing metal finishes, dial details, model shots, and materials to meet luxury e-commerce standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Composite multipass renders (reflection, specular, AO, shadow, refraction, diffuse, SSS, ID/mask, etc.) in Photoshop into photorealistic final images
- Retouch photographed model/lifestyle shoot images with the same finishing quality as CGI outputs
- Retouch fine watch details: hands, indices, bezel, crown, clasp, logo clarity
- Balance lighting, contrast, and color accuracy across full shot lists (CGI + photography)
- Match color/material accuracy to physical reference samples
- Clean up render artifacts (fireflies, noise, z-fighting, edge halos) and photo retouching issues (skin, blemishes, product marks)
- Give feedback to 3D/CGI artists to optimize render setups




- Manage version control and batch processing across large SKU counts
- Maintain visual consistency across the catalog

Required Skills & Tools

- Advanced Photoshop: layer compositing, blend modes, frequency separation, dodge & burn, non-destructive workflows
- Solid CGI render pass knowledge (essential, not just general retouching)
- Familiarity with C4D/KeyShot/V-Ray/Corona/Arnold pass outputs, EXR multi-layer handling
- Proven experience retouching photographed model/shoot images , not just CGI
- Strong eye for material realism
- Color management knowledge
- Batch automation (Actions/scripts) for large catalogs
- Understanding of e-commerce image specs

Nice to Have

- Watch/jewelry/luxury CGI or photo retouching experience
- Basic 3D software familiarity
- Capture One/Lightroom for hybrid CGI + photography workflows

Qualifications

- 3–5 years in CGI post-production, high-end retouching, or e-commerce imaging (luxury/watch/jewelry preferred)
- Portfolio showing both CGI (raw render → finished PDP) and photographed model image retouching (before/after)
- Detail-obsessed at macro zoom without losing full-view composition sense
