Location - Bangalore, in office A lifecycle marketer who believes growth doesn't end at acquisition. Builds systems that improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value. What You'll Do

Own lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp, email, referrals, and subscriptions.

Build and optimise automated customer journeys from scratch.

Improve activation, retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement.

Manage deliverability, domain authentication, and messaging hygiene.

Maintain UTM standards, attribution, and tracking accuracy.





Run experiments to improve conversion and lifecycle performance.

Partner with growth, product, and tech teams to scale retention initiatives. What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention.

Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, Klaviyo, KwikEngage, or similar platforms.

Experience building automation flows directly, not through agencies.

Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and experimentation.

Comfortable working with attribution, tracking, and campaign analytics
