Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across stores
✅ Design and deliver engaging training programs on:
Product Knowledge
Sales Excellence
Customer Service
Luxury Selling Skills
Soft Skills & Communication
Leadership Development
✅ Develop training content, e-learning modules, assessments, and facilitation guides
✅ Coach Store Managers and frontline teams to enhance performance
✅ Manage LMS,
training calendars, compliance, and learning dashboards
✅ Measure training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and business KPIs
✅ Collaborate with business leaders to improve sales productivity, customer experience, and employee capability
What We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Retail Training/Learning & Development
✔️ Solid expertise in Training Design & Facilitation, TNA, LMS, Coaching & Mentoring
✔️ Experience in Retail Sales Training, Behavioral Training, Leadership Development, and Stakeholder Management
✔️ Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
