Location - Bangalore, in office A lifecycle marketer who believes growth doesn't end at acquisition. Builds systems that improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.

What You'll Do

- Own lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp, email, referrals, and subscriptions.
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys from scratch.
- Improve activation, retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement.
- Manage deliverability, domain authentication, and messaging hygiene.
- Maintain UTM standards, attribution, and tracking accuracy.




- Run experiments to improve conversion and lifecycle performance.
- Partner with growth, product, and tech teams to scale retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention.
- Hands-on experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, Klaviyo, KwikEngage, or similar platforms.
- Experience building automation flows directly, not through agencies.
- Robust understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Comfortable working with attribution, tracking, and campaign analytics
