Divyansh International Pvt Ltd is a dry fruits importer, processor, and trader, supplying products used as ingredients, snacks, and whole nuts. The company works with a wide range of premium dry fruits, including Californian almonds, Californian and Kashmir walnuts, Indian and African cashews, raisins, pistachios, figs, and other nuts. Its operations focus on quality sourcing, careful processing, and reliable distribution to retail and wholesale customers.

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Store Manager for THE BADAM FACTORY to oversee the daily sales & operations of our dry fruits retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a pleasing personality, excellent communication & customer service abilities, and a willingness to grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Deliver a smooth customer experience by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and personalised service.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including different varieties of dry fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, and gift packs. (Training will be provided.)
- Guide customers in selecting products based on their preferences, dietary needs, and gifting requirements.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and POS operations accurately.




- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain accurate billing and documentation.
- Manage daily cash transactions, accounts, sales reconciliation, and banking activities.
- Use accounting and ERP software efficiently for billing, inventory management, financial record-keeping, reporting, and day-to-day store operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, product freshness, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Supervise store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Lead and motivate store staff, assign daily responsibilities, and maintain discipline.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Preparedaily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding stock, operations, and customer feedback.
- Digital Media Marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail store management is necessary.
- Robust understanding of GST, billing procedures, accounting principles, and financial record management.
