Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Bengaluru.

The Retail

Salesperson will welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable tile products and combinations. The role involves explaining product features and benefits, providing accurate pricing and availability information, and guiding customers through selection, ordering, and billing.

ensure the showroom is clean and organized, and support stock checks and basic inventory coordination. The role also includes handling customer queries and concerns professionally, following up on leads, and contributing to sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets ethically and consistently.

Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge, particularly in tiles, finishes, and materials such as porcelain and ceramic.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build rapport, and resolve issues effectively.

Candidates should possess basic math and computer skills for billing, documentation, and using point-of-sale or CRM systems.

Previous experience in retail, building materials, or interior design is beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.

Fluency in English and local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.
