Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard current Retailers to join our retail network. Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration
- Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching
- Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new Retailers and customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience in broadband services
- Experience with retail platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.
- Must be a local resident of the area
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong retailer and distributor network

Qualifications-Any, Diploma holders and above preferred , Otherwise relevant experience is expected
