KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the MEP design team for retail fit-out and rollout projects.
- Develop MEP design strategies aligned with brand standards and project requirements.
- Review architectural layouts and provide optimized MEP solutions.
- Prepare and review HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV and Low Current designs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, local authority regulations, mall guidelines and client standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, external MEP consultants and project management teams.
- Review load calculations, equipment sizing, lighting, ventilation and plumbing calculations.
- Prepare and review Concept, Tender and GFC Drawings, BOQs and Technical Specifications.
- Resolve design conflicts through multidisciplinary coordination.
- Conduct design reviews and drive value engineering to optimize CAPEX without compromising performance.
- Support procurement through technical submittal and vendor proposal reviews.




- Provide technical support during construction, site inspections and commissioning.
- Establish MEP design standards, SOPs and quality control processes.
- Mentor and develop the internal MEP design team.
