Role Description The Retail - Beauty Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The consultant will engage with customers on the sales floor, providing personalized beauty and self-care recommendations aligned with Kimirica’s product range and brand values. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and explaining advantages and usage, especially for skincare and bath & body lines.

The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, assisting in merchandising,



and supporting retail sales targets. The consultant will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a premium in-store experience that reflects Kimirica’s luxury, vegan, and cruelty-free positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology or beauty advisory, with practical understanding of skin care needs and routines.
- Product knowledge skills, including the ability to learn and explain ingredients, benefits, and usage of skincare, bath & body, and wellness products.
- Customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive, and consultative interactions in a retail environment.
- Retail sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store-level sales goals.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with good listening skills and patience.
- Interest in vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable beauty products, with willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Previous experience in beauty retail, spa, or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or skincare is beneficial.
