Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee cash handling, sales performance, and customer service to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably from textile industry).
- Diploma holder in Any Specialization; solid computer knowledge required.
- Proven track record of excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
