Job Summary The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience through prompt, courteous, and professional service while maintaining the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving minor complaints.

- Clear and reset tables efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.

- Prepare the restaurant before service and close it after service.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

- Upsell menu items, beverages, and special promotions to increase revenue.

- Handle guest payments accurately and issue bills and receipts.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

- Adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.





- Assist in inventory handling and stock replenishment when required.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Higher Secondary or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Good communication in English and the local language.

- Positive attitude and team spirit.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.

- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and carry service trays and restaurant supplies when required.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
