Credfoods is looking for an experienced

Restaurant Manager to lead operations at

Suvaii

, one of our flagship restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end

Front of House (FOH)

and

Back of House (BOH)

operations

- Drive production planning and inventory management

- Monitor and control food wastage and operational costs

- Own and manage the restaurant

P&L;

, ensuring profitability and operational excellence

- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team

- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant

- Robust understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and team management

- Experience in production planning and wastage control

- Good business acumen with

P&L; ownership experience

- Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is mandatory

(knowledge of the other language is preferred)

- Good communication skills in

English
