Credfoods is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Suvaii, one of our flagship restaurant brands. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations

Drive production planning and inventory management

Monitor and control food wastage and operational costs

Own and manage the restaurant P&L;, ensuring profitability and operational excellence

Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and team management

Experience in production planning and wastage control

Valuable business acumen with P&L; ownership experience

Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is mandatory (knowledge of the other language is preferred)
