Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to responsible AI.

Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

Valuable To Have Skills: Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing AI governance models.

Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment.

Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools and techniques to drive team alignment.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
