We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Resource Management Executive to support resource planning, workforce allocation, and project staffing. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of internship experience in Resource Management, Project Coordination, Operations, HR, or a related function and be eager to build a career in resource and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Track employee availability, project allocations, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
- Maintain resource planning dashboards, reports, and databases.
- Monitor utilization metrics and identify resource gaps or scheduling conflicts.
- Update employee skill inventories, certifications, and project experience.
- Coordinate resource onboarding and project transitions.




- Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to fulfill staffing needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly resource management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance in resource planning activities.

Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory: Completion of a minimum 6-month internship in Resource Management, Project Coordination, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, or a similar domain.
