We are looking for a passionate, experienced and patient-focused Resident Ayurvedic Physician to join our multidisciplinary clinical team and play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised care to our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations, including detailed case-taking, diagnosis (Nidana) and personalised treatment planning (Chikitsa).
- Prescribe, supervise and monitor Panchakarma and Kerala therapies, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
- Provide personalised Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle and preventive health counselling, incorporating appropriate yoga-based recommendations where relevant.
- Conduct regular follow-up consultations to monitor guest progress and refine treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate closely with other physicians, therapists, yoga instructors, nutritionists and the wider clinical team to deliver integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment notes and patient records.
- Educate guests on Ayurvedic principles and empower them to continue healthy practices beyond their stay.
- Participate in clinical case discussions, quality improvement initiatives and ongoing career development.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE





- BAMS from a recognised institution with a valid Maharashtra State Ayurvedic Medical Council registration (MD Ayurveda preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda and Panchakarma.
- Strong clinical knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis (Nidana), treatment planning (Chikitsa), and Panchakarma protocols.
- Experience in wellness retreats, integrative healthcare, Ayurvedic hospitals or clinics will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of, or experience working alongside therapeutic yoga (particularly Iyengar Yoga), is desirable but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, educate guests and maintain clear clinical documentation.
- Compassionate, empathetic and genuinely patient-centred.
- A strong commitment to ethical practice, clinical excellence and adherence to professional and safety standards.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers for clinical documentation, electronic medical records, email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.




- Comfortable working in a residential wellness retreat environment and supporting guests through immersive wellness programmes.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
