The Episodes is an experiential marketing firm with a niche in Hospitality. We are based out of Bangalore. We curate experiences, handle social media pages and style for hospitality!

Our goal at Episodes is to tell stories. Stories about properties to customers and about the experiences customers would have. We are looking for someone who would be positive at talking to people and helping us narrate this tale. You will be responsible for:

Responding to customer enquiries on phone/WhatsApp/email/social media quickly and accurately

Providing our customers with a seamless experience in helping them book the property

Maintaining an effective follow-up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed and the communication loop is closed with the customer to their satisfaction

Maintaining a tracker for all bookings across all the clients

Regularly communicating the issues and feedback to the clients and the customer.





Communicating effectively with the caretakers of all the properties on the guest expectations. What we are looking for:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is critical; Hindi or other regional languages would be a plus.

Previous experience is not needed but would be a plus.

An exceptional level of attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills including: conversation control, written etiquette, handling multiple conversations at once, queue management and the ability to deliver timely and accurate information.

Demonstrated ability to identify issues and state solutions and/or recommendations quickly. What's in it for you?
